I am failing my PCI security scans because they see TLS service on port 9444. I believe this is UPnP for the MyCloud device. I need to close this vulnerability. Once the device is installed can I remove these services from my router by turning of UPnP services?
Just curious, but why on earth would you use a My Cloud Home in an environment that’s subject to PCI audits?!
I would not expect the My Cloud Home to function normally if you disable UPnP…
Also, if it’s port 9444, I would wonder if it’s actually the My Cloud Home (your router should be able to tell you that, though) because WD says the ports used by the MCH are ports 40,000-49,999.
