My MyBookWorld use to just show “/Public” now it shows u as “/Public-1” and if I connect again as “Public-2”. This has thrown iTunes and my Sonos out as Sonos can’t recognise that they are all the same. Why is MyBookWorld/Public now showing as Public-1?
Looks like the drive was previously mapped, therefore if you mapped again it will be a duplicate. Windows can not have a map named with the same parameters. To avoid conflicts it will assign a number to it. Make sure you unmap all other locations and look for the one that was originally created.
