I have been having trouble with my bookworld for a few months now as it keeps denying everyone access on the network. I have decided to reset and try and set it up again, however when I login with the default credentials it does not proceed anywhere and I see some error lines above and below the login area;

I have tried logging in with lots of differet devices included a smart phone and an xbox, but I see the same errors. I really am at a loss as what to do. Any help would be great.

Hi Glowstick, welcome to the Community. Have you tried to power cycle or reset your unit? If you already have but the problem continues, I recommend you to contact support. Other users can also chime in and share their advice.

When you reset the device via the reset button on the back, is the light supposed to flash or anything like that? I have tried to reset the device multiple times but I feel it isn’t responding to the reset.

Yes the light will flash, to do it you only need to press the reset button on the back for 4 second.
