Mybookworld (blue) not seen in Win 7

Hi

My apologies if this has been asked before but I have a 1TB My World Book (blue rings).

I am using win 7 (2 PC’s) and on both I can access the drive through the browser with the IP and get to the Shared Storage Manager. I have set up a shared folder as per the KB.

However when I try to find the drive in Win 7 (\mybookworld) windows responds with “the remote device won’t accept the connection”

According to SSM I am running firmware version 2.00.19.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi, have you tried mapping the My Book using the IP number?
