MyBookLive No longer connects via wireless network

I’ve had this drive hooked up to my network for the past two years with no issues. All of a sudden it has disappeared from my computer. It is still listed on the finder window, but it won’t connect. I can access the drive via the Mycloud App on my phone and iPad. I connected the drive directly to my computer and I can access it that way, but then can not access it from the apps.

No settings on my network have changed. I have power cycled my modem, router (AirPort Extreme) and the drive, nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

I recommend you try to map the drive again.

So this worked for about a week, now I again I can not connect from my Mac.  I’ve tried mapping again and get an error telling me that it won’t connect.  I’ve tried reseting and unplugging the drive, still no luck. I’ve tried power cycling my router, again no luck.

I am still able to access the drive via the app, but I need to be able to access it through the computer for Plex.  If I hook the drive directly to the computer I can access it, but then I can not access it using the app.

The light on the front of the drive is flashing green.
