I have a MyBookLive installed on my network. Can I have this MyBookLive create safepoints on multiple MyBookLives?

Yes, you can use another My Book Live to make the Safepoint. Check the links below for the steps to create the Safepoint (page 85 of the manual ) and to see other network drives you can use.
