MyBook or My Book for Mac

I received a WD My Book 4TB USB 3.0 Desktop Hard Drive WDBBGB0040HBK-NESN Black and have a 27" iMac (late 2015) with Mojave 10.14.3. I now see that there is a My Book for Mac. Will the one i purchased work on my machine or do I have to return and re order one specifically for Mac? Not tech informed and will appreciate any help. Thanks
