Does anybody know why, when I reset my password I am denied access–the following message appears. “Access Denied To view this content, you must log in as an authorized user. Click to log in.” I can still see the drive through Windows Explorer, but cannot access it either from my Android device or other web access computer. Thx, DC

What did you expect? If you rset your password then you need to provide the credentials of the new password on the Android app as well, at least that’s how it works for me.

Even if the same password is used?  I even tried it without a password…same results.

try resetting it and see if that fixes it.  it may not be that the password is different, but the renewing of the credentials is.
