I can not see my drive after a firmware update that planted.
I live my book has a 1T
How to back off?
can we force the update?
will have a reset?

Did the firmware update utility fail or quit or provide an error message while the update was running? Was the unit disconnected or did your computer lose power?
goodnight not the update has started and then suddenly to plant ny there have been no disconnect or stop since I no longer see my and my Hard disk data
