When it is connected light flashes but nothing else happens If I go to my computer it shows drive "system reserved (j:) 65.4mb free of 99.9mb .Need to access drive as important files on it  help

if i try and load wd smartware i get this pop up “A reboot  pending has been detected.reboot and try again”
