Is there any way to raise alerts automatically if a drive fails within a MyBook Duo device?
Install WD Discovery. It has alert messages for all WD external drives and NAS products.
Can it write to the event log or send an email with the alert? I installed Discovery and it seems fairly basic in features.
I don’t think that option is available. If anyone else know let us know. I know is has log file.
