I bought a 3tb WD hard drive and connect it to my desktop at first time my win 10 found it and enable 2tb and ask to format it win i press yes it stay for 10 min then my disk management did not found it even i try to restart my pc but nothing worked 
See the BIOS/UEFI the hard drive? Check that the data cable and the power cable is properly connected. Is that the case and the hard drive is still not recognized, exchange the data cable.
