the little box where you enter the password wont show up… i tried repluging the device and also restarting my computer it still wont show up… got 900gb of files in there… it just shows the notice about an update but i cant even update because it requries the drive to be unblocked int he first place… any idea whats the problem??? [deleted]???

um never mind i got it figured out i explored the wd smartware volume and found an application called unlock, doubled clicked it and it showed the password screen…cheers
