My WD passport Ultra is detected by pc but i can't access the files in it

Hi,
While using my external drive, a WD passport Ultra, it sundenly stopped working.
After that, when i plug it in the computer, the drive is detected, but i cannot access the files in it anymore.
It appears with a “code 10” microsoft mistake.
What should i do?

“code 10” error indicates driver issue caused by Operating System. You should try to check after Windows Update.

I am having the same issue with my WD Ultra it just stop being able to access the LED light comes on I can feel it vibrating. Error message “The F file is not readable the disk structure is corrupt or unreadable” Is there any other way to access my files I have some very important work items I just placed on there.
