Hi,

My WD Cloud mirror is not switching on. It sits on my desk and does not get moved at all. I own another one so I swapped the power supply thinking that it could be the problem and it is not. Any ideas?

Thank you. So I did and they are sorting it out! It’s still under warranty so they are replacing the unit.
