My WD My Cloud Home keeps going offline after a few minutes - making it impossible to copy any files.

It will be online, I’ll start to copy some files either using Windows Explorer or the Web interface and it will go offline, killing the transfer. It will come back online after a minute or so.

Are there any diagnostics I can run to see what’s happening?

It’s OK now - I didn’t do anything but now it’s responsive and remaining online.
