my WD external hard disk unlocker not working. While connecting external hard disk, my laptop getting hang, WD unlocker not opening…plz post any solutions.

Have you tried it on a different computer?
yes i tried so many times, the follwing things are happening, while i connecting my HD in my lap
- Slow unlocker appear on screen (the window that pop up so you can enter password)
- It became somewhat blurry after I entered the password, kind of lag. After few seconds, it will shows ‘Invalid password’ or ‘Not responding’. Or WD Drive Unlock.exe has stop working.
