My WD EXTERNAL HARD DAMAGED,I NEED YOUR HELP

Hi Dear,

i have WD external hard disk (1 Tera) and it dont work since a week , i took it to computer repairman , he opened the case ,and he damaged the reader!! but (DO NOT opened the discs ) , now the hard don’t work .
i have more informaition , pictures , videos and files in this hard, and it is very important to me to recovery the files , i need my files .
i need your help
what can i do??? Plz
