My WD device can't be read in Windows Explorer

every time I connect my WD device error occurs and the data can not appear in Windows Explorer.

I was wondering if there is a service center in Surabaya where I can bring my WD device to be checked there

or is there a possibility that my WD device can be replaced with a new one?
