My WD Cloud is not working (can't connect)

I cannot connect to it. It does not appear on the sidebar of my Finder in my MacBook Pro. 

I tried unplugging and replugging the power cord and the internet cable but it doesn’t work.

The light is blinking, I’m guessing it means it’s not working?

Hi stock, have you tried connecting the My Cloud directly to the Mac? You can also try using another Ethernet cable or pressing the reset button on the back for 4 seconds.

Is it with the ethernet cable?

If so, can you use the ethernet cable to transfer data faster between the My Cloud and your laptop?

What color of the light is blinking?

If it is white you have a problem…

Check does your router sees the NAS in the MAC table. If it doesn’t NAS has a problem connecting to the Internet so there is a big chance that youll need few screwdrivers…
