My WD Book Stop Working

Hi all, i have problem with my WD Book 3 TB.
Sudenly my WD start blinking and can’t be access.

In explorer it show like this :

It showed in Device Manager :

Can someone help me about this? Will the data still save?

Hello,

It is possible the partition is corrupted and you will need to format the drive in order to use it again. However, you mentioned you want to recover the data. I recommend you try using a data recovery software before formatting. Also make sure the drive is plugged in directly into the wall outlet to discard a power issue.

Thanks for your response.
I even can’t doing right click > format
And i can’t use data recovery software, because data recovery software got hang when scanning hard disk. Like when i scan using disk management :

Can you explain about “make sure the drive is plugged in directly into the wall outlet to discard a power issue”? What is wall outlet means?
