Since i had a problem with one hard drive of my Sharespace it won´t boot. I would like to know if it´s possible to change all drives for a new ones. And in that case what format type should it have and how many partitions. Thanks.

This is something I would probably contact WD Support about. Someone may help you here, but if you’re having issues with the Sharespace not responding at all; other than checking power adapters, cables, and network, you may be looking at something more serious. Also, after replacing a drive, the array needs to rebuild. Have you allowed for that? If so, then definitely contact support.
