The crash occurs deep on a Windows function that is trying to calculate the date of the file. Is it possible that your WD Cloud device does not have the proper data and time set? These devices are basically just computers without a monitor. Thus, is is possible to set the data and time, on them, just you do your own computer.

@kelvinwave It’s possible that Rhino3D software is looking for and required NTFS Extended Attributes which are not supported on a My Cloud Home.
