Hello, I just installed my passport ultra software and performed my first backup.  However when I go to my drive (in “My Computer”) I don’t see my “pictures” folder.  My “pictures” folder is under my users folder and I manually selected before the first backup.  How or where can I find my pictures?  Thanks

Hello,

If you did the backup with the WD Smartware, you should be able to see a folder called WDSmartware.swstor and the backup should be inside of that folder.
