I have bought a recertified My Passport Ultra in the Western Digital Shop.
in the WD UTILITIES the “DISK TEST” reports failure by testing the new drive “disk test not passed”
RMA is not possible - the Website tells me, that my adress is not correct. I don’t understand.
The german Hotline promised, to call me back. i’m waiting about 24 houres.
WD - i’m disapponted
