I bought my first WD passport ultra portable hard drive today. When I pluged it into my Mac book, the ‘’ My passport icon’’ appeared first, and then I followed the instruction to install the My WD for Mac, suddenly, the drive stopped working before the installation process finished, no flashing light. Then the my Mac book cannot open the drive anymore. What is the problem? How can I fix it?
