MY Passport Ultra is not visible

In the WD Smartdive interface, my Passport Ultra is not showing up? Does the drive have to be unlocked or something?
I simply want to back up my critical desktop computer files. The only destination I see is My Cloud and I am not interested.

Can you confirm if the drive is showing in Disk Management or not ?
Have you also tried connecting it to different computer?
Have you connected the drive directly or connected to any USB Hub?
