My passport Ultra 3TB showing as local disc how to make it removable again

Can you please explain a little bit more about your issue?

Do you mean that you don’t have the option to eject the drive from the computer?

The Hard Used to be Named Jeff hard Drive and was a removable drive, you could right click on a file and send to the drive.
Now when it is plugged into a USB port it becomes a local disk and is like a second HD installed in the computer, I have tried on 3 different computers.
