I have a 1TB My Passport and a Toshiba Satellite C75D laptop running Windows 10 home. Recently, when running weekly backups, the software takes up to two hours in “Preparing Backup” before finally backing up new or changed files, sometimes for as little as 500Mb. Any ideas on how to speed that up?
