My Passport 2TB just stopped working. Latest backups failed. The Drive Status Check passed immediately, and the Quick Drive Test passed, but it took 18 minutes. When I chose Backup Now, it has now been in a state Preparing Backup for the past 45 minutes. This happened yesterday also, so I unplugged the power to reset everything and restarted with the same results as today. Any suggestions?
