My Passport Pro cause system wake problem

The My Passport Pro (Thunderbolt cable) cause system wake problem, when it connected, the Mac awake from sleep, it cause the Apple Thunderbolt Ethernet Adapter stopped working.

My Passport Pro also cause the wake process delayed for several seconds.

Did this start happening since you got the device or after a you updated the operating system?

That issue begin to happen when I updated to El Capitan. But in Yosemite, another issue is more severe! My Passport Pro always ejected abnormally when OS wakes.
