Hello,

When I connect my Hard Disk to USB port, It’s giving me an error messege that, You need to format the disk before you can use it. 

I need your help please because I have my data in Hard Disk and dont have backup please help me other wise my 5 years work will be equal to zero :frowning:

Test the unit on a different computer and make sure you connect the unit directly to the wall outlet. if that doesn’t work you will need to try with a data recovery software to see if the unit is detected properly.
