My Passport Not showing as connected


I emailed support back on 28th July, but have not received an email reply. Case Ref: [Deleted - Trancer] :cry:

The drive appears to have been corrupted as it appears to have ejected itself and will not re connect.  I have tried it on another machine and it does the same.

It fails to appear in the WD utilities program as well.

I have created an RMA, but this does not show me where to send the drive in the UK and also the return address is not shown in full.

Any help ?
