My Passport is not working

My paasport is not working. It is taking 10-15 min to detect and after that data transfer rate is very slow. I have tried all option but no go. Is there any way to recover my data.

Can some one from WD technical team assist me.

My case no is:[Deleted]. My old case number [Deleted] has been closed with out any information.
