My passport is not being recognized by my computer

Hi there,

My passport wireless Model: E2B is not getting connected to my computer. My computer does not identify it. when I see it in the networks, it is there, but doesnt get connected.

Any tips please.
How can I find out my passport on my computer? Or
How can i connect my pssport to my computer?

Are you connecting via wireless or a USB cable?

If via Wireless… and you havent changed the wireless mode, or the device name…

Connect your computer to the devices wifi network… (the name of this might be MyPassport but might be something else if you set it during setup).

Then browse on your computer (you can type this into the run dialog on windows, or any explorer location bar) to:

\\MyPassport\ - Again the name might have changed if you renamed the Device (but NOT if you just renamed the network)

That should work.
