I Put WD My Passport into Windows 7 drive, and immediately the software at bottom said it was being installed. Then I found it on Control Panel/Devices. A nice logo, but right or left-clicking it, all I got was information about device etc. And what I need is (of course) to back up material.
On line instructions said it would be found in File Management Utility, and I can’t find that. So all I have is the Control Panel logo, a desktop shortcut, and…er…no way of opening the program.
Any advice?
