The manual says to wait for the LED to stop flashing before disconnecting the drive from the computer. I’ve waited about ten minutes and it’s still flashing (while connected to my Mac Book Air). Advice? Thanks.

you just have to wait about 5 seconds after you eject the drive and then disconnect it.
