My Passport for Mac install trouble

My Passport for Mac plugged in and viewable in Finder. Wizard did not launch. Unable to open ‘WD_Apps.dmg’ (error message ‘can’t be found’). Can’t drag/drop files (error -43). The files can be moved within the Mac drive. Files can be opened and saved to My Passport. Running El Capitan 10.11.6 on MacBook Pro

Have you tried downloading the apps again from the WD support site?
