My passport external drive status fail

Hello,
I was using my passport external drive for couple of years nd now suddenly my disk stopped working properly so I checked smart status but it got failed thn I downloaded data lifegaurd diagnostics from wd website thn I checked in it thn also it showed failed status nd there was written warning. Pls can nyone help me in how to repair the disk I have very important data in it and I don’t want to lose it. Pls help
