Everytime I plug my passport into my mini player none of my files are there, there’s just two folders and there in Chinese so I can’t read what they say. If anyone could tell me how to fix this I would appreciate it, ive done it before with an old passport but I can’t remember how to do it now.
What is the file system on your Passport Essential? Most likely your mini player does not support NTFS, and this drive is factory formatted in NTFS.
