My External HD, was 500gb now its 18gb, and i dont know why, i’ve checked the partiitions

Not sure why you are getting this.
My recommendation on this case is to check the drive with a data recovery softare to see if the rest of the unit can be found. If still the same after that, please contact WD Support directly.
