I’ve had My Passport Essential SE for a few days. There is data on the drive but suddenly nothing is showing on the Home or Backup tabs. They show 0 files and 0 size. They did show the backed up data yesterday.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
