Hi!
I have got a very strange problem with my WD Password Essential and I would be very grateful if we can find a solution. I downloaded my pictures to my it for 2 months ago from my laptop and before 2 weeks ago I downloaded new pictures but this time not from my laptop but from the system camera directly. Now I see all the files but I can open and see the pictures which downloaded from laptop but I can’t see even can’t open the pictures which downloaded from the camera. Wondering what could the problem be!!
