I’ve backed up some files on My Passport and am now trying to download them on to my new computer. On the old computer, the My Passport accesses the E drive while on my new computer it accesses the G drive. When I try and open the drive on the new computer, it gives me “Access Denied”. Does anyone know why I can’t open the drive on the new computer. It’s still working fine on the old computer. Thanks.
What was the old OS and what OS are you using now?
