My older Passport will work fine but the new one a purchased this week with smaller design want work. Any suggestions?
if it’s the drive that comes with the smartware, then it comes pre-formatted NTFS , and your xbox needs FAT32 format to work.
So, you need to connected this drive on a mac computer to format to ms dos FAT32, or use a formatting utility like “partition magic” to format the drive to fat32, then if there’s password assigned remove it, and it should work
