My passport drive not working

hi

i have a passport drive . i set a password for it. and i use it everyday. i remember my password. but one day when i enter my passwor correctly as i use it everytime , drive not appearing in my computer.and not found any disk. 

istead of finding the content of drive , it ask me to unlock it. but i enter my password correctly and exactly.

whats the problem please help me

Try accessing it with another account like the guest account or another PC. There is no reset or work around.
