My Passport doesn't appear on PC!

Hi,

I dropped my 1TB Passport on the floor and it doesn’t appear on PC again, so I was wandering if there was anyway that I can retrieve my data from it.

It has really important data concerning my work and I would really appreciate if you could help me.

Since you dropped the drive it’s probably beyond do it yourself recovery and is probably physically damaged. Does the drive even show in Disk Management?

For a start try starting your own thread instead of just jumping on an exisiting one. Does the drive show in Disk Management? Make sure you are not using a cable longer than the original or connecting thru a hub. Try different USB ports on a desktop try one on the back. If you have access to another PC try it there also.
