Since you dropped the drive it’s probably beyond do it yourself recovery and is probably physically damaged. Does the drive even show in Disk Management?
For a start try starting your own thread instead of just jumping on an exisiting one. Does the drive show in Disk Management? Make sure you are not using a cable longer than the original or connecting thru a hub. Try different USB ports on a desktop try one on the back. If you have access to another PC try it there also.
