I accidentally ejected My Passport external hard drive. I removed the drive from the USB port, turned off the computer, re-started and plugged in the hard drive. Now when I go to Settings/Backup the facility to “Add a Drive” is no longer there and More Options/Advanced Settings does not show the usual options; keep backup for a specific time, a list of files to back up and details of the last backup and frequency options. So why can’t I access these options any more? Any ideas please? I am using Windows 10 V 20H2. I deleted the software from My Passport when I set this up three years ago and rely on the Microsoft options.
