Today i updated my Acer laptop Windows 10 and then connected My Passport Ultra
I am now unable to use my back up app when i click the icon nothing happens

Yes i have i used Obit uninstaller

Today i updated Windows 10 on my Acer Laptop and then connected My Passport Ultra
I then clicked the icon on WD back up but i am unable to open the app
I have tried to re install using the set up .exe with no luck
I have ran the trouble shooting tool and get the message incompatible program
Can you advise me how to proceed .fixed

I Have just looked at properties under compatibility mode it says Windows 8
Aand not windows 10
Just a dumb question, but is your Passport Ultra showing up in Computer when you connect it?
Passport is showing on computer
Are you completely up-to-date on your Windows 10 updates?
