For over a year, cohabitation, no problems with my other book on a PCI / USB 3 enabled me to complete leaving 36 GB free.
But lately, he has a abnormal behavior when it is connected with another My book on the PCI / USB 3 :

Smartware informs me that the disc is locked while I have never communicated her password.
Currently, I plugged it alone and it is recognized by Vista. But when I click on the folder where my files are iscrits video, Vista displays that the file is not accessible “impossible to fulfill the request due to a device error I / O” and when I click on another folder Smartware software, Vista responds: "Windows can not access the specified device. You do not have appropriate permissions to access the item.
SmartWare indicates about My Book: “WD Smartware writable Partition Found”
In the “Disk Management” My book is healthy (primary partition).
I also connected to a PC with W7 where I could work and update. However, it is not always fully recognized on the PC either (I tried a defrag that has been successful. Lock PC. Maybe the disk is too full?).
What should I do to resolve this impasse?

Durant plus d’un an, la cohabitation, sans problèmes, avec un autre my book sur une carte PCI/USB 3 m’a permis de le remplir en laissant 36 Go libres.
Mais depuis quelques temps, il a un comportement anormal quand il est branché avec un autre My book sur la carte PCI/USB 3 :

Le PC ne le reconnaît plus systématiquement…

Quand il le reconnaît, la lecture des fichiers est aléatoire (blocage du PC).

Smartware m’informe que le disque est verrouillé alors que je ne lui ai jamais communiqué de mot de passe.
Présentement, je l’ai branché seul et il est reconnu par Vista. Mais, lorsque je clique sur le dossier où sont iscrits mes fichiers video, Vista affiche que le dossier n’est pas accessible : “impossible de satisfaire à la demande en raison d’une erreur de périphérique d’E/S” et lorsque je clique sur l’autre dossier contenant les logiciels Smartware, Vista répond : “Windows ne parvient pas à accéder au périphérique spécifié. Vous ne disposez pas des autorisations appropriées pour avoir accès à l’élément”.
SmartWare indique à propos de My Book : “Partition WD Smartware inscriptible introuvable”.
Dans la rubrique “gestion des disques”, My book apparaît sain (partition principale).
Je l’ai aussi branché sur un PC avec W7 sur lequel j’ai pu y travailler et le mettre à jour. Cependant, il n’est pas toujours reconnu intégralement sur ce PC non plus (j’ai tenté une défragmentation qui n’a pu aboutir. Blocage du PC. Peut-être que le disque est trop plein ?).
Que dois-je faire pour me sortir de cette impasse ?
